Peer-to-peer file transfer, straight from the browser
Peek sends files and messages directly between devices, peer to peer, without routing them through a server in the middle. Open the same page on both devices and start transferring — there is nothing to install.
It uses a signaling server (PeerJS) only to help the two devices find each other — you share a device ID through a QR code, a link, or manual entry. Once paired, the actual data flows directly between the devices. Chats and files live only on your devices and are cleared when you close the page or disconnect.
That makes Peek a quick way to move files between your phone and your computer, or to hand something to someone nearby, all from the browser. It is built with Vue and TypeScript.
